Thanksgiving - US and Ireland - (Nov 16 2005) Here in Ireland we do not celebrate Thanksgiving 24th November but Christmas day 25th December is the big occasion. In fact the Christmas holiday period in Ireland usually starts around 20th - 21st December and continues right up into the New Year. People working for semi state companies and goverment agencies usually receive two weeks holidays around this period. So from all at allcladdagh.com we would like to wish all our US and Canadian customers and visitors a very happy and healthy Thanksgiving. :) Regards Ken Irish News - Newsletter Dublin Ireland - (Nov 10 2005) We sent our first newsletter in over 6 months yesterday and the response has been overwhelming.
