Thanksgiving - US and Ireland - (Nov 16 2005)
Here in Ireland we do not celebrate Thanksgiving 24th November but Christmas day 25th December is the big occasion. In fact the Christmas holiday period in Ireland usually starts around 20th - 21st December and continues right up into the New Year. People working for semi state companies and goverment agencies usually receive two weeks holidays around this period. So from all at allcladdagh.com we would like to wish all our US and Canadian customers and visitors a very happy and healthy Thanksgiving. :) Regards Ken

John Cook, Memphis,TN,USA - (15th Nov 2004)
Ken: Thank you for the email with the fedex tracking number. I tracked it this evening at 9:10 cst, and it said there was an expected delivery time of 10:30 on Friday 10/15; I notice that it was being sent priority packaged. If this means that it will get to me by 10:30 am on friday morning, I can not begin to tell you how much that extra mile means to me. I will now be able to keep my plans with my girlfriend this weekend and give her that promise ring. If there is anyway I can call you on a toll free number and give you a recommendation, let me know and I will do it. It is a rare thing today for a business to go the extra mile for their customer. Thank you for doing that for me at your expense. You will always be able to get a recommendation and reference to me. Just ask. My best regards, John Cook Memphis,TN,USA

Ming Chin, China - (15th November 2006)
Hi Ken, I just wanted to say thank you very much for all your excellent service in making the special engagement for me.I purchased first Claddagh ring(code:s2218&s2216) for my fiancee and myself from your site in september, then I saw it on my hand just one week later.I had purchased a diamond engagement ring, although it is expensive, but Claddagh ring is rarely seen here,it is more costly than diamond for me.After 15 days,I purchased a "Mo Anum Cara"(wed183s) ring for my fiancee an a "Gra Go Deo"(wed223) ring for me.I received the two rings just a week again, it is amazing!Maybe I am one of the first people who get Claddagh ring from you via web in China, but I think it is a proem, and I will be recommending your site to all our friends who love Irish culture. Thanks again.

Jennifer Doyle, Lachine QC Canada - (16th November 2005)
I ordered a claddagh ring for my brother's girlfriend on a wednesday and reeived it on the following monday, faster then expected. It wasn't the exact ring that was ordered but was pleasantly surpised by how much nicer it was. I would recommend allcladdagh to anyone whoever is interested in buying irish jewlery online. Great service and communication and especially the shipping. Great job and wish you all the luck in the future.
