Hi Ken We received the package as planned. The gift was a wonderful surprise for my wife's birthday. She couldn't quite understand how I got it without her knowing! We had seen the Claddagh jewelry while in Ireland last summer and I regretted not having bought a piece at the time. Though I don't regret it now as your service is excellent and the pendant is beautiful. We almost bought a pendant on the west coast but found it was flawed! cheryl and mike from san francisco here. we were in your store on holiday just a month ago. i just wanted to send a little note to say thanks for all your help in choosing and sending that beautiful claddagh ring to my mum in louisiana. she absolutely adores it ... and that makes me very happy. i'm also quite pleased with the silver icon claddagh that i chose for myself. every time i look at it i think of dublin and all the fun we had there. can't wait to visit again ... and when we do, you can bet that des byrne will be among the 1st places i visit. thanks, again, for your help. you guys are wonderful!

Hi Ken, I can't thank you enough for the wonderful service I received from your store. When I ordered necklaces for college graduation gifts, I was worried they might not arrive on time. I received the delivery notification and am happy to report the jewelry arrived just as promised. I was very pleased with the quality of the jewelry and, of course, the price!
